How BLEU collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information across the platform.
We collect information you provide (account, identity, payment, communications), device and log data, location where enabled, and information from operators, guests, and integrated partners necessary to facilitate bookings, safety, compliance, and fraud prevention.
We use data to operate and improve the platform, process payments, verify eligibility, communicate about trips, enforce policies, meet legal obligations, and protect users and the public. Analytics may be used in aggregated or de-identified form.
We may share information with service providers (hosting, payments, communications, insurance partners), operators and guests as needed to fulfill bookings, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing, and may opt out of certain communications or cookies where required. Contact us to exercise rights; appeals may be available where mandated.
