Listing-specific rules

Each listing may define cancellation windows, fees, and weather or mechanical contingencies. The policy shown at checkout governs unless law requires otherwise.

Platform and payment processing

BLEU processes refunds according to the applicable cancellation policy and payment network timelines. Disputes between users do not automatically guarantee refunds; BLEU may facilitate good-faith resolution where policies allow.
