Discover & compare
Open BLEU and browse vetted listings in Miami: yacht, center-console, jet ski, or experience. Filter by date, group size, budget, and add-ons. Each listing shows what’s included, pickup or delivery options, and the cancellation policy before you commit.
Verify, pay & confirm
When you book, you’ll complete any required identity and boater-safety steps so the trip meets local rules and insurer requirements. You pay through BLEU with line‑item pricing—rental, taxes, captain or crew if applicable, and deposits. You get a clear confirmation and pre‑trip checklist in the app.
Check‑in & departure
Arrive at the agreed time and place. Complete digital check‑in with the owner or operator: walkthrough, safety gear, rules of the waterway, and weather notes. If a licensed captain is on the trip, roles and boundaries are confirmed before you leave the dock. Support stays one tap away if anything doesn’t match the listing.
On the water & return
Operate only within the agreed boundaries, passenger count, and daylight or other limits in your booking. Treat the vessel like your own—no smoking or red‑flag use unless explicitly allowed. Return on time, refuel or handle fees as stated in the listing, and do a quick condition check‑out so the owner can release deposits promptly.
After the trip
You’ll get a trip summary, receipt, and the chance to rate the experience. If something was off, open an in‑app ticket with photos and timestamps—we use that record for fair resolution. Save favorite listings or hosts to book your next outing faster.
