Max is a 3rd year Finance and Data Science major at NYU’s Stern School of Business — and CEO of Midnight Music Group LLC, the entertainment company that brings you Midnight Music Group and Bleu Hospitality. 

He counts 8 years of experience in music production and sync license management, 4 years of F&B experience in the FoH and BoH, 2 years in liquor brand activations in nightclubs and festivals, and 2 years of nightlife experience climbing up the ranks from promoter to partner. 

Max is proud to bring you Bleu Hospitality, a true disruptor to the nightlife industry in terms of customer experience, as well as software and data solutions for event groups.

Arel Pirzada is a 2023 graduate from NYU's Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Business, Entertainment, Media and Technology. 

Arel's acute eye for design, his taste and deep cultural understanding of media across time are constantly reinforced by his business acumen, remembering both the creative and financial objectives of his work. Arel is a key asset to Bleu Hospitality on the branding side, and his responsibilities extend across the MMG LLC organization.

Keana is a 2023 graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Geographical Information Systems, and a minor in Environmental Science. Her GIS work for Bleu Hospitality allows us to better understand our business opportunities and to develop better analytics software for the Red app.

Her experience as President and executive member of UNC's Ski and Snowboard Association has positioned her for leadership in her other roles, including at Bleu, where she contributes her Event Planning and Team Management skills as well.
